Da schachlich im Erzgebirgskreis in den Zwischentagen nicht viel los ist, möchte ich mal nach Siebenlehn blicken. Ist ja Nahbereich. Ausserdem sind einige Auer anwesend, die sich mit wechselndem Erfolg beteiligen. Tatjana Melamed spielt, wie zu erwarten war, in der Spitze mit, hat aber gestern gegen GM Farago ihre erste Niederlage kassiert. Christian Pössel wird immer besser und spielt recht erfolgreich mit. Christoph Peil spielt in den Erwartungen? Ich kann´s nicht beurteilen, da ich ja nicht Schach spielen kann, aber er hat doch oft Probleme mit der Zeit. Ich glaube, die letzte Runde entscheidet, ob es ein erfolgreiches Turnier für ihn wird.
Was mich aber zu diesem Zwischenbericht animiert hat, sind die Leistungen der Erzgebirgseichen. So bezeichne ich Stefan Ullman und Florian Fuchs (eigentlich gehören auch Markus Wappler und Nico Keil dazu), die ja aus dem Erzgebirge kommen und jetzt bei Eiche Reichenbrand spielen. Florian spielt heute gegen den 4. Titelträger in Folge und liegt vor der letzten Runde gegen GM Farago punktgleich auf dem 2. Platz. Selbst wenn er heute noch nicht seinen ersten GM-Skalp erkämpfen sollte, wird das nicht mehr lange auf sich warten lassen. Auch Stefan spielt in diesem Turnier sehr stark mit und wird sein Ziel, einen DWZ-Punkt dazuzugewinnen, sicherlich übererfüllen.
Ich drücke den genannten die Daumen, dass sie die letzte Runde erfolgreich gestalten können. Übrigens hat mir Florian versprochen, einen Bericht zu liefern. Ich freue mich schon darauf. Die Ergebnisse findet ihr hier.
